Tips and Tricks
To make this soup even more flavorful, try adding other spices such as curry powder or paprika. You can also add a splash of white wine or a squeeze of lemon juice for a bright flavor. For a heartier soup, add cooked diced potatoes or cooked quinoa. If you'd like the soup to be a bit thicker, try adding a few tablespoons of cornstarch or arrowroot powder to the soup before blending. If you want to make the soup vegan, simply omit the cream and use coconut milk instead.
This soup is a great way to get a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals. Carrots are an excellent source of beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body. They are also a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and potassium. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is a great addition to this soup. Enjoy!
